What was the highlight of Zasgo Hotel
Value for money if staying on Labuan Bajo for a couple nights. Very friendly and helpful staff.
Great location, superb view over the harbour and has many convenient shops/food close. Staff are very friendly and helpful with scooter rental, tour recommendations and storing luggage after check out. Breakfast has a good variety of Indonesian food.
Poor wifi connection. Level 3 can be noisy if room is near the pool.

Ok for a short stay
Overall ok, the airport is close. Nice rooftop restaurant/breakfast terrace. Pharmacy and supermarket in the same building.
We had a small room without balcony, which was acceptable for 2 nights but I think they also have bigger and nicer rooms. Breakfast is average. Many of the things at the buffet were empty and the employees did not pay attention to fill it again. You would have to ask every time to get it.

Great place to explore Labuan bajo and Komodo
The triple room option we had was excellent due to our groups size. A supermarket right at the bottom of the building. The supermarket is huge. Views over the Bay Area. Beds were very comfortable.

What was the highlight of Zasgo Hotel
Great hotel with reasonable prices for a few nights in Labuan Bajo
The personnel made our stay beyond expectations. The whole staff is very attentive. From housekeeping and restaurant staff to front office and the drivers. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Trips around Labuan Bajo can be booked via the hotel drivers as well. Rooms are being cleaned twice a day. There is large supermarket downstairs which is part of the hotel which is very convenient and the road with all the restaurants and bars is just around the corner within a few minutes walking distance. There is a pool with a bar, some tables and chairs and some beanbags. The view from the restaurant is breathtaking.
The breakfast is a bit basic and could be improved with fruit etc. from the supermarket downstairs. Late check out is not possible.
