What was the highlight of Zasgo Hotel
Value for money if staying on Labuan Bajo for a couple nights. Very friendly and helpful staff.
Great location, superb view over the harbour and has many convenient shops/food close. Staff are very friendly and helpful with scooter rental, tour recommendations and storing luggage after check out. Breakfast has a good variety of Indonesian food.
Poor wifi connection. Level 3 can be noisy if room is near the pool.

What was the highlight of Zasgo Hotel
A hotel with a view
The View from the restaurant and the fact that it has a supermarket on the ground floor. If you want to stay here, make sure you book a room with a view. The staffs are also good.
The breakfast menu didn't have much variety. We actually stayed twice at this hotel. During our first stay we didn't like that the bathroom (room 525) was poorly lit and the water from the shower does not flow into the drain properly. However the room (526) given to us the next time was much better - the view as well as the bathroom.

Beautiful location, helpful friendly staff, clean and comfortable rooms. I would stay again
Lovely view the room was nice and comfortable staff kept it clean
The food we had at the pool was not very good. The breakfast was okay. However it did not make us want to eat there in the evening. Perhaps investing in some new towels, although they were clean they were a little threadbare and old looking

Okay for a short stay
- Spacious and comfortable rooms - Good location - Friendly staff
- Noisy guests at night, room doors inadequate at keeping corridor sounds out - 3rd floor noisy with conference room and the pool/bar - Terrible smell of drains in the room we stayed in the second time - Was asked to stay behind on checking out whilst someone ‘checked the room’ which I was surprised and a little offended by, as we had already stayed at the hotel a few days prior and on checking out of our first stay this wasn’t requested of us. We had given no reason for our room needing to be checked, nor was this mentioned on arrival. We had airport transfer waiting for us so we informed them we were leaving.
